Ecker Textiles offers three medical plan options: PPO 1500, PPO 3000, and HDHP 2000. Crumdale Integrated Health is the third party administrator, and Cigna is the network. The medical plans include Crumdale Advocate as a valuable resource for navigating your healthcare benefits. We encourage all medical plan members to use the Crumdale Advocate when medical services are needed.
Although the plan includes out-of-network coverage, your costs are significantly reduced if you remain in the Cigna PPO network.
There are three medical plans:
- HDHP 2000 Plan: Low premiums, high deductible, and no copays. Allows contributions to an HSA for tax savings.
- PPO 3000 Plan: Flat copays for some services, with deductible and coinsurance for others.
- PPO 1500 Plan: Flat copays for some services; 100% coverage after meeting the deductible.

Prescription Drug Coverage
Ecker Textiles Medical Plan includes pharmacy benefits managed by WellDyne, offering multiple options to fill your prescriptions: Retail Pharmacies, Home Delivery, and Specialty Pharmacies. The WellView Member Portal helps you manage your prescriptions with various useful tools.
Getting Started with the WellView Member Portal:
- Visit www.WellDyne.com, click on "For Members," and select "Register Now."
- Enter your Member ID, name, and date of birth.
- Create a username and password to access your account.
- Update any allergies or health conditions.
- If using Mail Order Pharmacy, provide a payment method (credit, debit, FSA, or HSA card) for faster processing.
